Our Alachua County Commission has for too long ignored the priorities of the citizens. In particular Cynthia Chestnut continues to waste taxpayers’ money on frivolous projects while neglecting public safety. Only after a huge outcry by the voters, in an election year, did she change her vote about the fire assessment.
Susan Baird is the choice of fiscal conservatives and proponents of public safety. She is smart, responsible and hones. She is who we need to elect to the Alachua County Commission.
