The University of Florida and SUN Sports announced on Sunday announced that the Nov. 20 (12:30 p.m.) Appalachian State at Florida college football game will be made available live via pay-per-view (PPV) to viewers of participating cable systems, satellite systems and commercial establishments throughout Florida.

The live PPV airing will be in addition to SUN Sports’ taped presentation of the game airing during the network’s Sunday morning edition of Breakfast with the Gators presented by Regions Bank beginning at 8:30 a.m. and again Tuesday night at 11 p.m. David Steele, Errict Rhett and Brady Ackerman will provide the commentary.

Per Southeastern Conference television contracts, when an SEC team does not have its game selected for live TV by one of the SEC’s television partners (i.e. CBS, ESPN, SEC Network, etc.), it is permitted to offer that game live on a statewide basis on pay-per-view. Therefore, this game is not available to SUN Sports to air live on its network, but SUN Sports can produce the telecast and make it available to Florida cable/satellite systems and commercial establishments to deliver via pay-per-view.

Cable/satellite systems offering the game on pay-per-view will designate a channel location, separate from SUN Sports’ channel, for the pay-per-view presentation. Viewers should call/contact their local cable/satellite company for further details. Outside Florida, the game will be offered via ESPN GamePlan.
