NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF LACROSSE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA, SERVING AS THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA, AND THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Sections 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the Town of LaCrosse Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, comments, objections and recommendations concerning an amendment, as described below, to the Land Development Regulations, will be heard by the Town Council of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, serving as the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, and the Local Planning Agency of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, at a public hearing on January 9, 2012, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Town Council Meeting Room, Town Hall, located at 20613 North State Road 121, LaCrosse, Florida.
